  • "Ken and I were both pretty impressed w/the entire staff the first day we walked into Bald Eagle HD. We were greeted by Brian and Charlie and between the two of them, answered every and any question either of us asked. Over the course of hours we not only became familiar w/all who work there, but also bought our first Harley motor-tricycle !! Though used, it STILL looked brand new, and the gent that owned it prior, not only took great care of it, but added lots of nice things to an already really nice bike ! We felt lucky to get the opportunity to buy that baby, and we did !! Once we made that decision, Jaylyn worked w/us to get all the paperwork/loan done. Thank you, Jaylyn ! Charlie and Brian, who are extremely knowledgeable in HD, gave us tons of information to help make that decision, so thank you to both Charlie and Brian for all your help ! Jeff and Jed in Parts assisted w/the communication/helmet aspect of our purchases that day, thanks to both of you ! It was raining the day of our purchase and Ken had to drive the trike home, so Maddy in Motorclothes was quite helpful w/purchase of raingear, to keep Ken dry while bringing the trike home. Thank you, Maddy !! We came the next day to pick up the trike so were fortunate to meet Andy in the Service Dept the boys "behind the scenes", the mechanics, Brent and Jeff. These two got our "trunk cover" put replaced when we didn't expect it, so that was just the nicest surprise; thanks to Brent and Jeff. We met a few others, Ashley in Jaylyns office, who sets up all the events for HD, and another pleasant young woman working in Motorclothes, I apologize, I forgot your name, but we certainly appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of all of the BE HD crew that day... it really, made OUR day, more than anyone can imagine !!!"

  • "My wife and I have always felt extremely welcomed any time we have come into BEHD. Brian and Charlie in sales are the most friendly, non-pressure salesmen I have met. We just purchased our second bike in the last 12 months from Brian and cannot wait for the riding season to start so my wife can hop on her new Deluxe. The crew in service have always done a fantastic job of making sure our bikes are set up perfectly for us and taken care of quickly and professionally. Jed and Jeff in parts are always happy to answer the hundred questions we have when looking for parts for our bikes. And the entire crew in motorclothes go above and beyond to make sure that we find what we are looking for. The BEHD team treats us like family. We truly appreciate how every single person down there has taken the time to get to know us and personalizes the service to meet our needs and expectations.   • "I have been a motorcycle rider since 1971 and during that time have purchased many different Harleys from dealerships throughout the U.S. I have found that the folks at Bald Eagle are head and shoulders above the rest. There is no doubt in my mind that they provide the best service and overall customer experience of any Harley dealership out there. Charlie, Andy and Brian are tops in making sure the customer experience is the best there is. THANK YOU Bald Eagle for such a wonderful experience.   • "A friend of mine purchased a new bike from Brian at Bald Eagle last year and when he heard that I was taking a trip up to Copper Harbor in August of 2014 he said that I should stop by and introduce myself to Brian so that I could see first hand what a great dealership this is. I took his advice and stopped in on a Wednesday and was impressed with how friendly everyone was. Little did I know that 2 days later while out on the Keweenaw Peninsula my bike would develop starter issues. So I called Bald Eagle and they put me in touch with Andy in the service department and I gave him the OEM part numbers that I needed and even though they didn't have them in stock and we had already missed our cutoff time for UPS RED, they managed to get them there the next day. When I showed up at the dealership the next morning, Brian met me in the parking lot to tell me that the parts had just arrived and they had a lift and a mechanic waiting for me. The service department had to replace the clutch hub sprocket and starter pinion gear but they had me back on the road in only 2 hours. I was totally impressed with the whole experience and it is completely different from what I have ever received from my local dealer. Been riding for 35 years and this was probably the best dealership experience I have ever had."

  • "I just wanted to express my gratitude for the service and assistance your dealership provided me recently while on a tour of Michigan. I started hearing "Noises" from my 05' Classic and knew I had to have it looked at immediately. I called ahead and was told to bring it in and they would try have a look at it. An hour later we were at the dealership and within 5 minutes of that my bike was on the lift being attended to. Turns out my timing chain tensioners were worn completely (had I gone any longer I probably would have destroyed my engine). They worked on my bike for the remainder of the afternoon and had me back on the road the next morning. I have rode many years and this is yet another example of how well you are treated by the Dealerships in the USA. Canadian dealerships need to learn from these stories! Thanks to all the guys who help me out this past week. Harley Davidson should be proud to have guys like yourselves working for them. A truly positive experience.   • "I just purchased my first Harley(07 xl1200c) from Brian at Bald Eagle and I have not one complaint, the bike looked like a brand new bike, its in excellent condition. Brian was outstanding to deal with, he knew exactly what he was talking about and was extremely helpful. I live 8 hours from Marquette and had to have my parents pick the bike up, they said Brian was great to deal with and a heck of a nice guy. If your looking to buy an HD from a dealer I advise you to go to Bald Eagle, I know the next bike I purchase will come from Bald Eagle in Marquette."

  • "Bald Eagle is the best. I had a broken wire a different dealer couldn't find. Their mechanic found in in minutes. He came and talked to me about it as if it was my child after surgery. Made me feel good the true root cause of my problem was found. He got on it right away and I was going in around an hour. While I was waiting, I dealt with Charlie on a new one, and he made me a great offer. Only problem I see with the dealership, is they are 700 miles too far North. If you are anywhere near Marquette MI, and want to go to a Harley Dealership second to none, go to Bald Eagle. My wife and I will try to make it up there also in upcoming future. She liked the shirt I bought here with the eagles on the back. My buddy and I spent the night on the town (good advise from the staff) and met many locals in Marquette, what a wonderful town and friendly people. It is not just a stop, it will become a destination. Thank You again Bald Eagle."

  • "UNBELIEVABLE !!!!..... Never have I/we ever felt so welcomed at dealership. My friends and I took off from St Louis area, out through W Virginia, up to Bar Harbor ME, and across Canada. One buddy started having bike problems. We stopped in two dealers along the way and they were unable to find/fix problem. Once we crossed back into the US in northern Mi, my 2012 bike quit on me. Heard some banging and clanging and was expecting the worse. The rest of our group had to continue on and the two of us with bike problems got towed to Bald Eagle. We called on the way so they were expecting us. As they listened to my buddy's bike they said oh, you have a broken wire somewhere. Hooked it to the machine and had him running in minutes. Pushed mine in and cautiously cranked it over to hear the metal clank, tested the compression, and told me he thought is was just a valve but wouldn't know until he got into it. I advised him no way because I am not that lucky. Tore into it, and is was just the valve spring. He mentioned that I was lucky the valve didn't drop lol, but had me back on the road in about 3.5 hours in which we then met up with the rest of our group in Milwauke. As we were waiting, talked with sales, parts, and even purchased a couple shirts. This store wasn't like just stopping in any HD dealer, this was an "Experience". And I mean everyone, in every department. My only regret is that I didn't get everyone's name to personally thank them. I do remember my mechanic was Ben (thank you again) but the other mechanic on my buddy's bike was great as well. I know where I would shop for everything if I lived up there. If anyone reading this is on a ride and go anywhere near Bald Eagle, make it a point to get by there for the "Experience" even if you don't buy/need anything. HD stores across the US and Canada should model there stores after Bald Eagle. Thanks again to all of you"

Everyone there has a smile just waiting for you. From the sales department, to the parts department, to the clothing & service departments. Everyone knows their jobs, and knows how to put the customer first. Always willing to help you in whatever you may need.   • "I recently purchased a 2011 Road Guide Ultra after having my heart set on a 2010 Ultra Classic Limited... The staff (Charlie) suggested I take the RGU for a test drive... Half an hour later my wife and I became proud owners of the 2011 RGU with some modifications to match our riding style. Our first major trip will be around Lake Superior to celebrate our first anniversary. Hats off to each and everyone of Bald Eagle staff."

  • "I just bought my third Harley (2000 Classic, 04 Ultra and now an 09 Ultra) from Bald Eagle. I visit every Harley shop I can but when I need a new bike, I go straight to Jesse. No one treats you better, knows his job, or cares about his customers better than Jesse and all the guys and girls at BEHD. I went in to get an eleven dollar muffler bracket and rode home on the most beautiful Ultra that I have ever seen. Bald Eagle knows what bikers want, and they deliver.   • "i stopped in on a sat at baldeagle while on a weekend visit to marquette with no intention of buying a bike. there was a sporster there that i really liked. Charlie spent time with us and we toured the shop, all the while answering all our questions with genuine enthusiasm. went back sun am and took the sportster out for a ride. once i was home i decided that i wanted it, all the communiactions by phone or email went easily. Charlie and Jesse handled the sale, the paperwork, the delivery and the export all smoothly. cant say enough good things about these guys. it is a class operation. called last week with a question and service was happy to take the time to answer my questions. i have put over 400 miles on it already!! thanks again"

  • "I was vactioning in the UP over the 4th of July week. My bike broke down and left me stranded on the side of the road and Bald Eagle Harley Davidson had my bike in the shop and back to me in less than a day. They even provided a loaner while I waited. Andy in service was a great help as were all the other great people in service who helped me out. Jed in parts, helped me find the chrome I had been looking for.   • "These guys go above and beyond the call of duty. Helping a traveller on the road in need. With rain coming, we needed rain gear and couldn't quite make the closing bell on our ride from Copper Harbor to Marquette. We shopped by phone and our gear was hidden outside the store for us to pick up after closing. All was there and enabled us to see the Lake Superior shoreline despite a bit of rain. Brian called me after hours to be sure I got the package and everything fit. He even gave recommendations on where to enjoy a beverage that evening! Soar on Bald Eagles!!!!"

  • "I want to give a loud shout out to everyone at Bald Eagle for all the assistance on our new bike Purchase. My husband and I worked with Brian & Jesse to customize our 2013 Ultra Limited. We did everything thing from the sales agreement with our trade, the added accessories and the purchase of our new bike all over the phone. This whole process went effortlessly. We had shopped around at a few local harley dealers before approaching Bald Eagle, our stress level trying to reach a deal for both parties with them was overwhelming. In one phone call to Bald Eagle we had such a positive and stress free conversation that within one week we had reached a deal and our new bike was in the making. We picked up our new bike a week ago and we have been in Harley Heaven ever since. It was by far the best decision we ever made to work with them and to be out enjoying our new bike. Also, we need to give a shout out to "The crane" in service for going the extra step and showing us how to work with some of the new attachments that we ordered for the bike and to the Ladies in the clothing department that assisted us with our new attire.
